Touchdown: Japan

On May 13, 2018, the long awaited day finally arrived. I and the other exchange students met the NAIA Terminal 2 Airport at around 9:30 in the morning. Throughout the airport process, I got to meet my fellow delegates and make new friends. After going through everything, we went and waited at our gate for our flight. Our boarding time was supposed to be at 1:10 in the afternoon but due to technical problems we got to board the plane at around 2:00. Although the flight to Japan was delayed by 2 hours, the flight itself was very nice. It was my first time to ride on a Philippine Airline flight so I was kept busy by the various things in the plane such as sharing stories with my seatmate and especially the built in TV which had a huge library of content.
